Now we are going to see few(of course detailed!!!) things about the Great Great Vaastu Shastra.

Ucchasthana & Neechasthana

1.The door in North-East in East → Ucchasthana (Good)
2.The door in North-East in North → Ucchasthana (Good)
3.The door in North-West in West → Ucchasthana (Good)
4.The door in South-East in South → Ucchasthana (Good)
5.As long as North, West and South doors are perpendicular to each other (according to the compass needle) it is Good.

6.Neechasthana is generally considered Bad

Properties of Neechasthana Doors

1.South-East in East                     → 

Increases chances of bad ways, getting cheated or cheating tendencies in the owner.

2.South-West in South                  → 

Trouble with household,financial troubles and ill health in women.

3.South-West in West                   → 

Financial losses, general trouble, increases chances of health and financial troubles in men and renders them vulnerable to vices

4.North-West in North                   → 

People moving through this door will not have mental stability and they might fall prey to bad habits.

Properties of Ucchasthana Doors

UCCHASTHANA DOORS of

1.East or North-East in East                   → Fame, Knowledge

2.North or North-East in East                → Fortune, Wealth

3.South or South-East in South             → Happiness

4.West or North-West in West               → Does overall Good

Navagrahas & Ashtadigbalakas & 5 Elements

   ·       North-East          → Wells, Bore wells, Underground water

   ·       South-East          → Kitchen

   ·       South-West         → Beneficiary if Owner of the house sleeps there.

   ·       North & East      → Lesser weight (So smaller rooms)

   ·       Building Shape → North-East can be extended a little

    

   ·       East & North      → Movement(Entry into house) → Victory

   ·       South & West     → Movement → Misfortunes and Bad Habits

   ·       All room Doors → Doors should be built in Ucchasthana Favoring    Eastern&Northern movement.

   ·       South & West     → Heavier objects should be placed here.

Vaastu Purusha Mandala

      

    1.Leave more empty space near Eshanya (ஈசானம்) i.e., 

    North-East e.g.: Well, Water storage (sump) since its lighter weight.     Also water cools Vaastu purusha’s head.

    2.Taller position should be in South and West, without leaving more space. (Its Demons’ right and left leg) e.g.: Growing trees 

    3.Kitchen in South-East (அக்னி)

    4.Window or door in North-West in West

    5.South-West(நிருதி) should be higher (Vaastu Purusha’s seat)

    6.Brahma should be in plane without any ups and downs.
